Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all dressings and cold sauces to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Monitor the service area continuously to guarantee guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, and related offerings.
  • Serve all food and beverages utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnishes, and condiments.
  • Assist servers and housepersons as needed to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Relay all guest complaints and compliments promptly to management for resolution.
  • Maintain health and sanitation standards in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Adhere to safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Assist in setting tables with linen, silverware, and glassware, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
