Job description

Marketing professionals! If you are a growth minded individual that enjoys working independently but serving a larger team in a fast pace environment then this could be the start of something great.

The restaurant Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A of Folsom is responsible for the creation and execution of a strategic restaurant sales growth plan. This position reports directly to the franchise owner and will collaborate with the Vice President of Operations and Director of Community Relations and Catering on a regular basis.

Requirements:

- Experience marketing through social media channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram

- Preferred Understanding of Google ranking and search engine optimization

- Track record of building sales or meeting/exceeding sales quotas.

- Website and/or graphic design experience

- Comfortable executing door to door solicitation, specifically distributing product samples and/or coupons.

- Team player

- Outgoing

- Budget management

Responsibilities:

- Work with leadership team to create monthly, quarterly and annual marketing that align with and support the organization's goals

- Leverage social media channels to promote the business and engage with our guest

- Create and manage monthly marketing calendar

- Plan monthly family nights and marketing events

- Create promotional materials in alignment with brand guidelines

- Distribute products and/or product information in restaurant and to local business and organizations

- Manage internal customer loyalty program

- Measure ROI of marketing activities and restaurant promotions.

- Able to work 20-25 hours per week.

  • Compensation: $28-30 per hour
