Registered Nurse (RN) - AM and PM Shifts
Lasata Senior Living Campus - Cedarburg, WI
Now Offering Up to an $11,500 Sign-On Bonus!
Lasata Senior Living Campus, owned and operated by Ozaukee County, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Our campus includes a 106-bed Care Center providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to older adults in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Available Positions
32 hours per week
AM Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
PM Shift: 2:15 p.m.- 10:45 p.m.
Starting hourly pay is based on experience.
Additional Compensation
  • $3.00/hour weekend shift differential
  • $3.00/hour charge nurse differential when assigned
  • Up to an $11,500 sign-on bonus
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to residents in accordance with accepted nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures. This position also serves as a charge nurse, providing clinical leadership, coordinating resident care, and supporting nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin
  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
  • Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
