Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is seeking an experienced Full-Time RN to join our Labor & Delivery Team. $8/HR Specialty Diff!

Our Labor & Delivery Department provides comprehensive Labor, Delivery and Postpartum care. We put quality first and are always looking to improve and provide the best care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Accurately assess patients across the Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) spectrum
Provide exceptional care for laboring mothers in all stages and can assist with safe delivery of newborns
Implement appropriate interventions and nursing care plans in a timely manner
Critically think and interpret outcomes
Respond quickly to changes in condition and effectively communicate changes with providers
Qualifications:
Current RN Compact license without restrictions
BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP
Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring Course, minimum
Minimum 2 years experience, preferred in L&D setting, with couplet care experience
Ability to adapt to changing environment
Meditech or other EMR experience
Shifts:
Day Shift, Variable Shift, Night Shift and PRN available
Benefits package available for full time and part time positions.
Compensation
$33.74-$49.15 DOE, an additional $8.00 based on specialty.
Sign On & Retention Bonuses available for up to $20,000 over 3 year period for Full Time Employees.
