Lone Tree Post Acute

Lone Tree Post Acute is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are hiring for AM, PM, and NOC shifts.

General Purpose

The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your assigned shift. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shift

  • Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to residents

  • Ensure compliance with all nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care

  • Support and guide CNAs and other nursing personnel

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

  • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings

  • Respond effectively to emergencies and resident needs

  • Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards

Qualifications

  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
