Job description

Pediatric COTA Wanted! Join a clinic built around sensory integration in beautiful Wenatchee, WA

Full-time or part-time (25 hrs minimum, benefits-eligible!)

What makes this place different?

This isn't a typical pediatric clinic. The whole approach is built around true Ayres Sensory Integration and Primitive Reflex Integration — the combination behind why kids tend to make progress noticeably faster here than they did in a school setting.

Every treatment space is customizable to the child in front of you, with no cookie-cutter setups. Clinic aides are also onsite to help with transitions and cleanup, so clinicians can stay focused on treatment!

Training sets you up to succeed!

Every new hire receives a 3-month intensive training in Sensory Integration and Primitive Reflex work — training many therapists never receive, even after 20+ years in the field. It's essentially a paid fieldwork experience built right into onboarding.

Whether or not you already have experience working with sensory integration, there's a place for you!

For the right person, this role can also grow into a Lead Therapist or Clinic Manager position over time.

Schedule

  • Typical schedule is 4x10, Monday-Thursday
  • Friday hours are optional for those who want them
  • 53-minute sessions
  • Flexibility in scheduling — 25 hrs/week still qualifies for benefits!

Compensation

  • Clock in/out $28–$35/hour, depending on experience and open to negotiation
  • Hybrid option available (admin time pay structured separately, details discussed based on arrangement)
  • Production bonuses available!
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance can be discussed

Benefits

  • Health insurance available starting at 25 hrs/week
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with 50% employer contribution
  • 401(k) with 3% match
  • Paid time off
  • Extremely generous CEU budget
  • Straightforward clock-in/clock-out timekeeping
  • Substantial paid training and mentorship from day one

Ideal Candidate

  • Active or in-progress Washington COTA license
  • Genuine interest in sensory integration and primitive reflex work
  • Committed to quality, individualized care while still being mindful of families' time
  • Comfortable in a busy clinical environment that values thoroughness over shortcuts
  • Open to candidates at any career stage, from new graduates to experienced clinicians
  • Interest in working in a rural area to serve families who otherwise would have to travel much farther
