Job description

RCFE Administrator - (20 Hours / Week) - Part Time


We're searching for an amazing RCFE Administrator responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with California Community Care Licensing regulations, maintaining high standards of resident care, and supporting staff, residents, and families. Compensation:

$2,000 - $3,000 monthly


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all RCFE regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Oversee resident admissions, assessments, and care planning.
  • Conduct regular audits of resident records and facility documentation.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospice agencies, home health agencies, and other community partners.
  • Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain emergency preparedness plans and safety protocols.
  • Monitor facility operations, quality assurance, and risk management activities.
  • Participate in licensing visits and regulatory inspections.
  • Support occupancy growth through community outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications:
  • Current California RCFE Administrator Certificate in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of RCFE administration or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Title 22 regulations and Community Care Licensing requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with resident assessments, care planning, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with seniors living with dementia or memory care needs.
  • Background in nursing, healthcare administration, social work, or gerontology.
  • Established relationships with local healthcare and senior care providers.
