Job description

Part-Time Security Guard

Department: Safety and Security

Position Type: Part-Time (Pool)

Columbia State Community College is seeking qualified individuals to join our part-time Security Guard pool. Security Guards help maintain a safe and secure environment for students, employees, and visitors by supporting campus safety operations as needed.

Additional Details:

  • Duties may include monitoring campus facilities, patrolling grounds, responding to incidents, and assisting with emergency procedures. Work assignments, schedules, and location will vary based on departmental needs.
  • Positions are temporary and based on the immediate needs of the college.
  • Weekly hours will vary by assignment but will not exceed 29 hours per week.
  • Applicants are encouraged to complete the application thoroughly and submit a resume along with any supporting documentation that highlights relevant skills and experience.
