  • High school Diploma 
  • MSDE School Age clock hour certification REQUIRED
  • Classroom Experience working with children in a classroom setting, often through student teaching or internships.

  • Classroom Management Skills includes proficiency in managing classroom behavior, creating a positive learning environment, and implementing discipline strategies.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.  
  • The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
