Portfolio Scheduler Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage employee book-offs and secure suitable replacement personnel to maintain operational coverage
  • Create and maintain employee schedules using management software
  • Ensure all open shifts are filled while minimizing overtime costs
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Portfolio Directors, clients, and security personnel to address scheduling and staffing needs
  • Administer schedule changes and staffing adjustments as required
  • Monitor employee safety and operational compliance programs
  • Escalate operational concerns, customer complaints, and service issues as required
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and operational documentation
  • Participate in projects and initiatives that support the objectives of the Operations Centre
Portfolio Scheduler Qualifications
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must have atleast High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, workforce coordination, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work Weekend, 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
