Job Overview

Position Summary

The Project Manager / Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with employees, internal teams, and external customers in support of the company's mission and "Customer for Life" philosophy. This role drives revenue growth by identifying opportunities to market and cross-sell building automation, temperature controls, security systems, and related services.

The position oversees projects from initial design through execution and owner training, ensuring financial success, operational excellence, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This individual serves as a key liaison between sales, engineering, field personnel, and customers to ensure solutions are effectively delivered and aligned with company capabilities.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience with building automation and HVAC systems.
  • Ideally 5 years or more of experience estimating and managing automation projects.
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate as required.
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug test and background investigation as a condition of employment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
