Job description

Salesforce Lightning Developer

Location: Santa Clara, CA Direct Hire-FTE role.

Responsibilities:

  • Very strong communication as they must shield discussions from 25-30 folks in a typical call
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (preferably, FS, Service, and Communities) and very strong hold on Integrations
  • Exposure to cross-platform experience
  • Hands-on with lightning and apex development
  • Ability to talk to business or help them understand the progress and the issues that are being reported
  • Ability to communicate or collaborate with Offshore team
  • Willing to work beyond the regular 9-5 mindset
  • Located in PT times is recommended, else MT time zone but not in the CST/EST

Lead Cum Architect Salesforce Lightning Developer

Location: Palo Alto, CA (remote for now) onsite post covid

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coding and configure the system based on the design and architecture.
  • 6 years of experience into Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and SFDC Architects to understand the implementation requirements and deliver with quality.
  • Hands on development of solutions built on SFDC platform using Apex and Visual Force.
  • Hands on development of solutions built on SFDC platform using lightning Aura or Web Components.
  • Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development.
  • SFDC production support, Ongoing project based development and enhancements.
  • In collaboration with the functional team and under supervision of the technical lead, blueprint the technical design for the salesforce application considering all the functional, technical, nonfunctional and integration needs of the application.
  • Lead responsibility in code development and integration of the application for specific modules.
  • Lead a team of SFDC developers.
  • Responsible for code reviews, performance tuning and troubleshooting during the project process.
  • At the end of the test phase, responsible for delivering a fully working technical solution to the project manager and client.
  • Experience on Salesforce Technologies and module like SFDC Lightning, Classic, Integration, Vlocity, etc (not mandatory)
  • Should be strong in Apex, Triggers, VF pages, Batch Apex.
  • Strong in Customization and Configuration.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Understand the business requirements from BA
    • Work on PoCs
    • Design the solution
    • Give a walkthrough of design to client architects.
    • Give demos to business users and Client.
    • Go live support.
    • Explain design to India team and get the work done.
    • Develop high visibility, complex tasks in PST hour and deliver.
    • Code review.
    • Providing estimates.
    • Accepting only local or PST/MST based candidates.
