As a talented Part Time Sales Associate, you will enjoy flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and opportunities to learn valuable retail and product knowledge while supporting your local hardware store.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide a positive and friendly representation of Ace Hardware to every customer.
  • Assist customers proactively in solving problems and offer personalized service.
  • Greet customers warmly and thank them as they leave the store.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and store layout awareness.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed.

Store Operations Support
