Job description

"Elevate your career with a team that views sleep medicine as a craft, not just a job. We provide the high-caliber hospital environment, but you provide the life-changing clinical expertise. If you're an RPSGT or RRT-SDS looking for a supportive, clinician-first culture, you belong at VitalSleep."

Where Your Expertise is the Main Event
Certified amp; Registered Sleep Technologists (RPSGT, CPSGT, RRT-SDS)
VitalSleep LLC | Texas amp; Louisiana Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Opportunities

The VitalSleep Mission: Clinician-First Care
At VitalSleep, we donโ€™t just fill shifts; we empower experts. As a specialized sleep program management team for premier hospital facilities, we provide the environment and the equipmentโ€”but you provide the clinical heart. We know that a sleep study is only as good as the technologist performing it. That is why we treat our team as instrumental professionals, ensuring you have the autonomy to lead and a leadership team that truly understands the "night shift reality."
Why Technologists Thrive With Us
  • You Are the Specialist: In our model, you aren't a "generalist" lost in a hospital system. You are the recognized sleep expert on-site.
  • Clinical Respect: Your observations and scoring don't just go into a fileโ€”they drive the physicianโ€™s diagnosis and the patientโ€™s recovery.
  • Supportive Leadership: Our management is dedicated exclusively to sleep medicine. We speak your language and advocate for your needs every single night.
  • A Culture of Quality: We prioritize clinical accuracy and patient comfort over "churning" studies. We give you the space to be thorough.

Team Anchor
We foster a "small team" feel with the stability of a major organization.

What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for dedicated professionals who view sleep medicine as a vital craft.
  • Credentials: Must hold RPSGT or CPSGT (BRPT) OR be a CRT/RRT with SDS certification (or willing to sit for SDS certification)
  • Life Support: Current BLS certification (Adult, Child, Infant)
  • Education: Associate degree in Polysomnography or successful ASTEP completion.
  • The Mindset: A compassionate bedside manner and a commitment to "getting the titration right" every single time.
Competitive Rewards
  • Highly Competitive Pay: Recognizing your specialized, hard-to-find expertise.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision for eligible employees.
  • Professional Growth: Access to continued learning and mentorship within a specialized network.
  • Retirement amp; Flexibility: 401(k) options and flexible scheduling
