) Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking RN Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. We are looking for a strong, compassionate RN leader who is ready to make an impact in a supportive and team-driven environment. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care throughout the shift.
Currently hiring PT overnight shift, every other weekends
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of duties
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care quality
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Support residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on care
  • Manage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staff

Compensation:
  • $48/hr

Qualifications:
  • 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience
  • Active and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing
