ChristianaCare is currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Women's & Children's Float Pool. This unique opportunity requires flexibility and a commitment to excellence, as the RN will rotate through four specialized areas:
  • Labor & Delivery
  • Postpartum
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU)
  • Inpatient Pediatrics

Our Women's & Children's services support over 6,500 births annually, and include a Level III NICU and a dedicated Pediatric Care Center. We are proud to serve our community with love, excellence, and a deep commitment to partnership in care.
As a Float Pool RN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, ensuring safe and optimal outcomes for patients and families. This role offers a dynamic environment for nurses who thrive on variety and are passionate about maternal and pediatric health.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
  • At least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women's and Children's services areas listed above required
  • BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required
  • ACLS certification preferred
  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required
