Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to apply the nursing process in delivering direct care to assigned residents. The RN will oversee shift routines within the designated nursing unit and supervise the activities of staff as the designated leader, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. The RN may also take on “Building Charge” duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.

Qualifications

  • Document and report all incidents involving residents, visitors, and staff.
