Part-Time RN/BSN School Nurse – 1:1

Location: Bothell, WA
Position: RN/BSN School Nurse
Schedule: Part-Time | 12 Hours/Week
Assignment Dates: September 1, 2026 – June 16, 2027
Days: Monday, Thursday & Friday
Hours: Approximately 11:30 AM – 3:15 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable RN/BSN to provide nursing support to a 3-year-old preschool student in a school setting in Bothell, WA. This is a part-time opportunity working directly with one student throughout the school day.

Caseload

  • 1 student attending preschool
  • Student is 3 years old
  • Requires support with G-tube care
  • Uses a wheelchair
  • Has hearing loss
  • Provide individualized nursing support and ensure the student's health and safety throughout the school day

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care and support in the preschool setting
  • Manage and monitor G-tube needs as required
  • Assist with mobility and ensure safe use of the wheelchair
  • Monitor the student's overall health and well-being
  • Respond appropriately to medical needs or changes in condition
  • Communicate with school staff and the student's care team as needed
  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation
  • Support the student in participating safely in the school environment

Qualifications

  • Current Washington State RN license
