Part‑Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Schaumburg, IL Schedule: Minimum 16 hours/week 2 days/week (8AM–5PM) + On‑Call Rotation Employment Type: Part‑Time

Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Home Health Registered Nurse to join their growing team in Schaumburg, IL. This role provides compassionate, high‑quality Home Health care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate is reliable, clinically strong, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to Home Health patients in their homes
  • Complete scheduled visits and documentation according to clinical standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in the on‑call rotation, including one weekend day shift per month (8AM–5PM)
  • Begin field visits at 5PM during on‑call shifts as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in Nursing
  • 1+ year of experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (IL)
  • Any of the following valid certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance
  • Must be comfortable with required travel for patient visits
Preferred Qualifications
  • RN License Number provided at time of application
  • Home Health experience strongly preferred
  • CPR Certification (support available if needed)
Schedule Details
  • Minimum 16 hours per week
  • Two 8AM–5PM shifts per week
  • On‑call rotation:
