Overview:

Applesoft Homecare Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert in-home healthcare services to our patients. This position involves delivering skilled nursing care, with a particular focus on wound care, PICC line care, and trach care. The role offers competitive per-visit rates, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' clinical conditions, focusing on wound care, PICC line care, and trach care.
  • Provide advanced wound care, including debridement, dressing changes, and infection prevention.
  • Manage and maintain PICC lines, including flushing, dressing changes, and monitoring for complications or infection.
  • Deliver trach care, including suctioning, monitoring for respiratory issues, and changing tubes as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
