We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to add to our dynamic team! The LPN at Woodland Recovery Center plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care ensuring the health and well-being of residents. This position involves comprehensive patient care while maintaining clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families. The LPN will educate patients on health maintenance and treatment plans, promoting recovery and enhancing quality of life. Working collaboratively with healthcare teams, the Nurse ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this role is essential in providing personalized, attentive care that supports the physical and emotional needs of each resident in a safe and supportive environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
