Job description

Village Caregiving – Nashville, TN is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our exceptional home care team!The primary focus of this position is to complete client assessments and to be a knowledgeable resource for our clients and the Nashville staff. The Registered Nurse will also assist in the office with compliance, administrative, and outreach tasks.The RN will complete a medical history and health assessment for clients in Nashville and the surrounding area. Initial and reassessments will be completed in person. 

The nurse's day will be split between in-home nursing visits and office work.

Registered Nurse Benefits:

  • $40/hr 
  • 3 days per week
  • Company Vehicle

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

  • Active TN RN License
  • Nursing degree from accredited program
  • Experience in home care (preferable)

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

  • In-home care assessments (development of a care plan)
  • Virtual check-ins with current clients to ensure care quality
  • Caregiver training
  • Administrative support

This role is centered on evaluation and coordination, not traditional bedside nursing. The emphasis is on observing, documenting, and guiding care rather than performing direct clinical procedures.
