We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Cedar Ridge Center in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap on earnings.

• The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
• This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities.
• Collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician is essential for delivering patient-specific medical care.
• The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents, working alongside other medical professionals in the center.
• Working closely with Center Leadership, the provider will contribute to our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

• The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• The Physician Assistant must have completed a program accredited by the ARC-PA and passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where permitted, an APRN must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration, while a PA must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.
