Job description

A growing pediatric ambulatory surgery organization is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for its Raleigh, North Carolina location.

This position offers a predictable outpatient schedule caring for pediatric and special-needs patients undergoing dental rehabilitation and oral surgery procedures under general anesthesia. The center averages approximately seven patients per operating room day and provides a modern, team-oriented clinical environment.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules may be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Complete pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Administer and manage general anesthesia for outpatient pediatric procedures.
  • Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond to changes in clinical condition.
  • Provide airway management and support safe emergence from anesthesia.
  • Coordinate patient handoffs to the post-anesthesia care team.
  • Collaborate with dentists, surgeons, nurses, and clinical support staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver compassionate care to children, special-needs patients, and their families.
Qualifications
  • Current CRNA certification.
  • Eligible for North Carolina advanced-practice nursing licensure.
