Registered Nurse for Skilled Visits for South Austin Metro areas. Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available.
Assessments / SOCs / Recerts $80/hr -Initial & recurring visits
Treatments & discharges $45/hr- Ongoing skilled visits
Retention incentive-- $5K- Pre-tax, after year one (FT)

JOB DUTIES
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions and needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team

Complete accurate OASIS documentation, ICD-10 coding, and timely visit notes

Current BLS / CPR certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

1+ year of home health or clinical nursing experience
Familiarity with OASIS documentation and Medicare home health regulations
