The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Red Bank, NJ. We are seeking part-time RN House Supervisors to join our team. The RN Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the direct delivery of nursing services in accordance with regulations and established standards and administrative policies.
  • Conduct an assessment/health assessment on new residents upon or prior to admission.
  • Consult with the resident and the resident's family and physician in planning the resident's care, treatment, rehabilitation, etc., as necessary.
  • Start IVs, obtain sputum, urine and other specimens for lab tests as ordered, etc., as necessary.
  • Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled.
  • Provide coaching, development, training, and performance evaluations to assigned nursing and nursing support staff.
  • Oversee the LPNs in the facility.

Education and Experience:
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid and current NJ RN License
  • CPR Certified
  • 2 Years' experience in a LTC setting preferred
  • 2 years' supervisory experience preferred
