Intelligence Defense Mission Expert
The Opportunity:
Drive targeting, intelligence support to targeting, joint fires integration, joint targeting integration, and target folder integration and production activities for the team. Manage projects related to Joint Intermediate Target Development, ensuring that program objectives and standards are met. Conduct liaisons and engagements with Department of War organizations supporting intelligence and joint targeting growth and mission success. Provide expert guidance on joint doctrine, intelligence analysis, and operational targeting methodologies. Foster strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
You Have:
  • 15+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst and Technician in the U.S. government service
  • Experience using intelligence software and analytical tools
  • Experience with leadership in program management and organizational strategy, and leading at the Battalion, Brigade, Division, Corps, or Joint levels of operations
  • Experience serving as a Program Manager for programs such as the Army's Joint Intermediate Target Development Program, and leading strategic planning initiatives for intelligence organizations such as Army or Joint, driving long-term success
  • Knowledge of joint doctrine and targeting processes
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Associate's degree in Intelligence Studies or Security
  • Completion of a Targeting Cycle and Software Applications Instructor Course such as the Joint Operational Fires and Effects Course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
