Location: Johnson City, TN 37604

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis in Johnson City, TN. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support patient health and wellness, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient health status and document findings accurately.
  • Perform QA nurse visits monthly and turn in documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding health care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
  • Assist with procedures and coordinate patient care activities.
  • Report to Regional Manager/Nurse Manager
