PREP COOK

As a Prep Cook at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting in food production. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure that every dish we serve exceeds our guests' expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces and dressings.
  • Follow standardized recipes and food safety procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing food properly.
  • Support the culinary team during service by assembling dishes, garnishing plates, and coordinating with other kitchen staff.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen colleagues and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of orders.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, rotating products, and restocking supplies as needed.
