What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Maintain a professional armed presence in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal policies.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional assistance and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  • Monitor access activity, report suspicious conditions or policy violations, and complete accurate incident reports and required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
  • MUST BE RETIRED LAW ENFORCEMENT WITH RPO.
  • Possess an armed guard card or license.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Preferred: Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
