Job description

OVERVIEW
Hendall is hiring flexible part-time Survey Research Interviewers! We are looking for staff to help conduct structured calls and complete short surveys, entering participant responses into a computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system. Calls are made in English only. Paid training is provided.
DUTIES
  • Conduct outbound calls structured protocol.
  • Accurately capture details of each call made into a CATI system.
  • Able to be on the phone for a full shift and be comfortable in making a high volume of calls with specific time constraints
  • Complete all training activities
  • Follow written communication scripts
  • Maintain standards for quality and production
  • Be receptive and quick to implement constructive feedback

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or at least 4 years' work experience to be considered
  • Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated active listening skills and the ability to navigate the survey system while accurately entering data
  • Clear and professional telephone speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script
  • Computer literacy skills including keyboard skills, ability to enter data accurately, and basic troubleshooting for using and accessing computer systems
  • Fluent in reading and writing in English
  • Ability to work set schedule to meet project objectives which includes a minimum of 20 hours during the calling effort
    • Hours available are Monday through Friday 12pm to 8pm Eastern.
    • A set daily schedule of the same work schedule is preferred.
  • Ability to read scripted questions and responses verbatim
  • Prior experience as a survey research interviewer strongly preferred
  • Previous experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person is preferred
  • Experience working with MS Office products, such as MS Teams, Word, and Excel
