Resident Care Assistants – Part-time – 3rd Shift
Regina Health Center – Richfield, Ohio
Regina Health Center, a mission-based skilled nursing and assisted living facility located on 230 beautiful acres in Richfield, Ohio, is seeking dedicated Resident Care Assistants to join our exceptional team on 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), part-time 3 days per week. This position includes rotating weekends and holidays on the Assisted Living floor.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer call lights
  • Providing restroom and shower assistance
  • Assist with dressing and other personal resident needs
  • Additional duties include light housekeeping, laundry assistance, and continuous attention to small details to ensure a clean and safe environment for our Assisted Living Residents
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience assisting and working with older adults within a health care setting
  • Knowledge of personal care and assistance with mobility
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to politely and efficiently interact with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals
