Operations Research Analyst
The Opportunity:
As an operations analyst, you're passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution. We need an experienced research analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our clients. On our Operational Support team, you'll evaluate data assessment strategies and provide analysis and support to operational-level Air Force exercises and events in support of Air Combat Command.
You won't go at it alone, you'll work alongside a team of experts to research, analyze, and interpret programmatic data, provide pre and post-exercise planning and support, and present results, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in various program meetings to improve program efficiency.
In this role, you'll use your passion for analytics and statistics to devise modeling, simulation, and measuring techniques for verification, validation, and accreditation of large-scale modeling and simulation exercise testing.

You Have:

• Experience with AF Modeling and Simulation or Operational level exercises
• Knowledge of AOC Operations
• Ability to innovate and implement lessons learned into scenario development
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with USAF flights in Fighters, Bombers, or as an Air Battle Manager
• Knowledge of M&S Cybersecurity

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
