Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored real estate solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and compelling.
  • Participate in team meetings and coaching sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in real estate practices.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the nuances of negotiation and closing deals effectively.
  • Manage client relationships by providing regular updates and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and opportunities in the Houston-Baytown-Sugar Land area.
  • Utilize our proven systems to track leads, manage appointments, and follow up with potential buyers and sellers consistently.

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one,

  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
