Part-Time Real Estate Closer / Paralegal - Hybrid (Florida)
Location: Hybrid (Florida)
Position Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 Hours/Week)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of residential real estate closing experience
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer / Paralegal to manage Florida residential real estate closings from contract to close. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of independently handling the full closing process - including document preparation, balancing, coordinating with lenders, realtors, and clients, and conducting closings.
This is a part-time, flexible hybrid work arrangement within Florida.
Compensation
  • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
  • Up to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling

Responsibilities
โ€ข Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through post-closing
โ€ข Review and prepare settlement statements, Closing Disclosures (CDs), Warranty Deeds, Title Affidavits, and Escrow Agreements
โ€ข Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, title underwriters, and clients to ensure a smooth and timely closing process
โ€ข Handle closings and perform notarizations
โ€ข Balance closing files and disburse funds accurately in compliance with trust accounting requirements
โ€ข Clear title issues and obtain necessary payoffs, estoppels, and association documents
โ€ข Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction lifecycle
Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum 5 years of handling Florida residential real estate closings independently
โ€ข Strong knowledge of Florida real estate and title laws
โ€ข Proficiency with Eclosing (The Closing Platform by The Fund)
โ€ข Exceptional attention to detail; ability to balance and reconcile files accurately
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Strong organizational and time management abilities
โ€ข Active Florida Notary Commission
