IP Litigation Consultant (Patent Attorney) – Remote – $100/hr DOE | 20–25 hrs/week We're excited to share a unique consulting opportunity for an experienced Patent/IP Litigation Attorney who enjoys digging into complex IP issues and providing practical, business-focused guidance. In this role, you'll work closely with a team evaluating utility patents tied to consumer product brands and help determine whether potential infringement or enforcement actions make strategic sense. If you enjoy analyzing patents, investigating knockoff products, and building clear infringement claim charts, this is a great chance to apply your litigation expertise in a flexible consulting capacity.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-level advisory work, values part-time flexibility, and can translate complex IP analysis into clear recommendations for business stakeholders. DAY TO DAY: Evaluate the strength, enforceability, and litigation viability of utility patents Conduct infringement analyses of suspected knockoff products using publicly available materials (product listings, images, manuals, videos, etc.) Prepare infringement claim charts mapping patent claims to accused products Provide practical assessments of enforcement or litigation options from both legal and business perspectives Analyze online marketplace activity and competitor products to identify potential infringement risks Advise internal teams on IP enforcement strategy and brand protection REQUIRED: Experienced Patent Attorney with IP litigation experience Strong background in utility patent analysis and infringement review Experience preparing infringement claim charts Ability to evaluate litigation viability and enforcement strategies Comfortable communicating complex IP analysis to non-legal stakeholders Interest in working in a part-time advisory capacity Opportunity Details Location: Remote Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week Duration: 3–6 months to start Rate: $100/hour DOE Start: ASAP If you have experience with IP litigation and preparing infringement claim charts, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
