We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Consult Liaison Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide telehealth psychiatric care for patients of all ages in Illinois. This role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in providing consult liaison services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Perform psychiatric evaluations and manage medications for patients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults).
  • Provide consult liaison services to support staff and ensure timely psychiatric interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • PMHNP 
  • Active, unrestricted NP license in the State of Illinois or the ability to obtain one.
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience with telepsychiatry and managing diverse, multi-age patient populations is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work remotely; candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. (Illinois licensure preferred).
