Onboarding Specialist
Part-Time | Remote or Hybrid | Non-Exempt


Cedarstone is hiring a part-time Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of new Financial Operations clients and new services for existing clients.


The Onboarding Specialist helps coordinate meetings, tasks, documentation, system setup, client communication, and follow-up so onboarding is clear, organized, timely, and ready for successful handoff to service delivery teams. This role works closely with the Managing Director, Financial Operations Onboarding & Support and partners with internal teams across Financial Operations, Client Experience, Finance, Data/IT, DevOps, and other areas.


The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative coordination, project tracking, communication, documentation, and follow-through skills. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing details, supporting clients and teammates, improving workflows, and helping ensure important next steps do not fall through the cracks.


This is a part-time, non-exempt role, with an expected schedule of 20-24 hours per week during standard business hours, Monday-Friday. The position may be remote or hybrid. Pay range is $19 - $21/hour.
