Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A valid LMFT license issued by a state licensing board (limited or provisional licenses are not accepted).
• Strong decision-making abilities to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in a counseling setting, particularly working with individuals facing varying emotional and relational challenges.
