What is a Part Time Remote L2 Visa job?

A Part Time Remote L2 Visa job refers to employment that is performed remotely (such as from home) on a part-time basis by an individual in the United States on an L2 visa. The L2 visa is granted to dependents (spouses and children) of L1 visa holders. L2 visa holders are eligible to work in the U.S. after obtaining an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). These jobs allow for flexible work hours and do not require physical presence in an office, making them suitable for individuals balancing other responsibilities. Part-time remote positions can range across various industries, including IT, customer service, and administration.

What are common challenges faced by part-time remote employees working on an L2 visa, and how can they be managed?

Part-time remote employees on an L2 visa often face challenges such as managing time zone differences with their teams, understanding employer expectations for remote work, and navigating U.S. work authorization compliance. Proactive communication and clear documentation of work hours and deliverables can help address these issues. Staying informed about visa regulations and maintaining transparency with employers about work eligibility are also important. Building strong relationships with remote teammates through regular check-ins can create a supportive work environment.

How to make 2000 a week working from home?

A Part Time Remote L2 Visa role typically offers limited hours and pay, making earning $2000 weekly challenging without additional work. Can a person with a L2 visa work in the USA?

A person with an L2 visa can work in the USA if they obtain an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). Once approved, L2 visa holders are permitted to work in any job, including part-time roles, without restrictions on employer or job type. The L2 visa holder must apply for and receive the EAD before starting employment.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Part Time Remote Worker on an L2 Visa, and why are they important?

Pediatric Physical Therapist - Remote (Part-Time)
Children's Therapy Network - Ventura, CA & Newbury Park, CA
100% Remote | Flexible Schedule | ❤ Mission-Driven Pediatric Therapy
Work From Anywhere - Make a Real Impact with Children's Therapy Network
Children's Therapy Network (CTN) is actively hiring a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing remote therapy team. Since 2004, we've helped over 500 families annually through evidence-based, family-centered care-and we're proud to extend that same standard of excellence through virtual therapy.
This is not a passive "work-in-your-PJs" telehealth role. We're looking for professional, prepared, and engaging OTs who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to measurable outcomes for children and families.
Important: Our clients are located throughout California. You must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST), including after-school hours (typically 2:00-6:30 PM PST). Please confirm your time zone aligns with this need before applying.
Position Overview: Remote Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
This part-time, remote position is ideal for experienced pediatric OTs seeking flexible hours while maintaining clinical excellence. You'll provide telehealth occupational therapy services to children with developmental, sensory, and motor needs-helping them reach functional goals from the comfort of their homes.
Position Requirements:
  • Current California Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (H-1B visa sponsorship not available)
  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric OT experience required
  • Previous experience delivering telehealth occupational therapy (references required)
  • Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant workspace
  • Strong communication, caregiver coaching, and documentation skills
  • Must consistently be available during after-school hours (PST)
Why Join Children's Therapy Network?
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience & productivity
  • Flexible scheduling (10-20 hours per week, part-time)
  • Paid documentation time built into your caseload
  • Continuing education support, including:
    • Free access to our nationally recognized Pediatric Telehealth Certification Course (CTN-exclusive)
    • IBCCES Autism Specialist Certification opportunity
  • Collaborative team culture-you'll never feel like you're on your own
  • Ongoing mentorship from senior therapists and clinical leadership
Your Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality teletherapy using engaging, functional interventions
  • Complete virtual evaluations and ongoing treatment plans
  • Collaborate with caregivers to support carryover and progress
  • Attend team meetings, mentorship calls, and training sessions
  • Submit all documentation within 24 hours-no exceptions
  • Maintain clinical productivity as agreed upon
How to Apply
Click "Apply Now" to submit your application. Please include a brief cover letter that tells us:
  • Why remote pediatric therapy is a great fit for you
  • Your experience with telehealth platforms
  • Your availability (confirm that you can work PST/after-school hours)
