Job description

Estate Planning Attorney – Contract, Kansas-Licensed, No-Cost Client Introductions

Overview
Are you a Kansas-licensed solo or small-firm estate planning attorney tired of wearing every hat—marketer, intake coordinator, office manager, and lawyer? If you’d rather spend your time advising clients instead of worrying about where the next one will come from, this independent contractor opportunity may be an excellent fit.

Through our Network Attorney Program, we partner with experienced estate planning attorneys across Kansas, handling client acquisition and back-office support so you can focus on high-quality legal work while stabilizing and growing your practice.ziprecruiter+1

Why Kansas Attorneys Choose This Model

  • Steady introductions to pre-qualified estate planning clients in Kansas
  • No-cost client acquisition – we manage all marketing and outreach
  • Full back-office support (intake, scheduling, document support) from first contact through plan delivery
  • Control your schedule – integrate this work into your existing Kansas practice at the level you choose
  • Remote-friendly within Kansas – virtual/telephonic consultations and signings where permitted by Kansas law and local court/recording office requirements
  • Direct weekly payments for completed client matters – no billing or collections hassle

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide estate planning consultations to Kansas-based, pre-qualified clients
  • Draft and review estate planning documents (wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related documents) consistent with our program standards and Kansas law
  • Conduct virtual or in-office signings and oversee proper execution and notarization under Kansas requirements
  • Maintain professional communication and timely turnaround on all client matters
  • Utilize our standardized systems, templates, and workflows while integrating them into your existing practice operations

Ideal Kansas Candidate Profile

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Kansas Supreme Court, focusing primarily on estate planningindeed
  • Solo or small-firm practitioner looking to grow, stabilize, or diversify their Kansas client flow
  • Experience advising clients on wills, trusts, POAs, beneficiary designations, and probate/estate administration issues in Kansas
  • Strong client communication skills; able to explain complex planning concepts in clear, accessible terms
  • Comfortable working with technology, standardized processes, and remote consultations when appropriate

This Role May Not Be Right If

  • You are not currently practicing estate planning in Kansas or related areas
  • Your Kansas practice is already at full capacity and you cannot take on additional client matters
  • You prefer to manage all marketing, intake, and client acquisition exclusively on your own

Compensation & Structure

  • Independent contractor (1099) engagement
  • Flexible, part-time workload that fits alongside your existing Kansas practice
  • Weekly direct payments for completed and delivered client matters; no separate invoicing or collections
  • Remote-friendly, with in-person signings as needed to comply with Kansas execution and notarization requirements

How to Apply

If partnering for steady, qualified estate planning clients in Kansas with full support from marketing through delivery aligns with your practice goals, we’d like to hear from you.
Please submit through Indeed:

  • Brief description of your Kansas estate planning experience
  • Jurisdiction information confirming Kansas licensure and good standing
  • Your current practice setup (solo, small firm, locations, virtual capabilities)
