This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on healthcare and clinical artifact review, clinical materials evaluation, rubric-based assessment, document and spreadsheet review, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, clinical, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

Healthcare & Clinical Artifact Review
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving healthcare, clinical care, patient education, care pathways, clinical quality, healthcare reporting, and clinical communication
- Review healthcare materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
- Assess whether clinical claims are supported by appropriate evidence, context, assumptions, and healthcare standards
- Identify inaccurate claims, unclear clinical logic, incomplete guidance, weak analysis, or poor linkage between clinical context and recommendations
Clinical Quality & Healthcare Analysis Evaluation
- Review materials involving clinical summaries, quality reporting, care coordination materials, patient-facing resources, healthcare dashboards, guideline summaries, and healthcare-facing presentations
- Assess whether healthcare materials are clear, well-structured, clinically sound, and appropriate for professional or patient-facing audiences
- Evaluate spreadsheets, evidence tables, clinical summaries, care pathway materials, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usability
- Provide clear written feedback that improves healthcare and clinical artifact quality
Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review
- Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
- Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
- Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
- Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, clinical care, nursing, medicine, pharmacy, allied health, clinical quality, healthcare consulting, clinical documentation, care coordination, or related fields
- Native or professional fluency in English
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
- Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
Educational Background
- Academic backgrounds in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health, healthcare administration, clinical research, allied health, health sciences, biomedical science, or related fields may be relevant
- Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
- Professional training in clinical care, healthcare quality, clinical documentation, patient education, care coordination, or healthcare analysis may also be relevant depending on project scope
Nice to Have
- MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, PharmD, MPH, MSN, MHA, MSc, or comparable healthcare/clinical credential
- Experience creating or reviewing clinical summaries, patient education materials, care pathway documents, quality reports, healthcare dashboards, clinical guideline summaries, or healthcare presentation decks
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines, healthcare quality metrics, patient safety, clinical documentation, care coordination, EHR/EMR workflows, ICD/CPT context, and health communication standards
- Experience reviewing presentation decks for clarity, polish, and healthcare communication quality
- Strong ability to evaluate both clinical substance and visual/presentation quality
