Position Title: Engagement Services Coordinator

Department: PCS, Box of Joy Dept. 59

Reports to: Operations and Administration Manager

Position Location: Remote

Position Type: Part-Time Hourly (Less than 30 hours per week)


Position Summary:

The Engagement Services Coordinator supports the PCS department by engaging constituents who primarily participate in the Box of Joy ministry, although they may also support administrative efforts around Food Packing Events, Outreach Priests, and other ad hoc programs. This role is focused on creating an exceptional constituent experience through proactive outreach, accurate data verification, and relationship-building.

The Coordinator will be responsible for inviting groups within an assigned portfolio to participate in various engagement opportunities like Box of Joy. They will also research participant information, conduct welcome and follow-up calls, and serve as a trusted resource for assigned constituents. The position is regional in nature, aligning with other PCS teammates, and emphasizes ownership of constituent satisfaction, collaboration with Development and Engagement Officers, and identification of potential engagement and fundraising opportunities.

Educational or Certification Requirements:

·        Associate's degree preferred.

Experience Requirements:

·        One to three years of customer service, call center, donor relations, or constituent engagement experience preferred.

·        Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred.

Duties:

Duties: Assist the Parish & Community Services team year-round.

·        Conduct welcome and follow-up calls to parish and community service participants across assigned initiatives.

·        Research, verify, and update constituent information to ensure accuracy and a seamless engagement experience.

·        Serve as a primary point of contact and resource for assigned constituents, responding to questions and guiding them through participation opportunities.

·        Develop and maintain positive relationships with constituents within an assigned geographic region.

·        Take ownership of constituent satisfaction and proactively address concerns or questions.

·        Document interactions, updates, and insights accurately within the CRM system.

·        Identify and communicate potential fundraising or deeper engagement opportunities to the appropriate Development Officer.

·        Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity to achieve goals; provide accurate and timely pipeline reports.

·        Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by PCS leadership.

·        This role requires the ability to perform standard office functions, including prolonged sitting, standing, and computer use. Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving materials weighing up to 20 pounds may be required.

·        This position may require occasional domestic and/or international travel to attend meetings, training, conferences, or organizational events. Travel may be conducted by airplane, automobile, bus, or other reasonable means. Travel frequency is expected to be limited and scheduled in advance when possible.
