About the Role

This is an execution-focused Social Media Strategist role inside a proven agency framework.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, strategy, content structure, consistency, and working across multiple brands while collaborating with creative, ops, and leadership teams.

What You'll Do

  • Execute social media strategies aligned with client goals
  • Build and manage monthly content plans and posting schedules
  • Write captions and provide clear content direction across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency setting
  • Coordinate with internal creative, video, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Communicate professionally with clients and guide them through content plans and timelines
  • Monitor post performance and basic analytics to inform optimizations
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices and apply them appropriately
  • Maintain organization, deadlines, and quality across all assigned accounts

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working inside SOPs, templates, and structured workflows
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with social media management or analytics tools is a plus (Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
