• Engage directly with clients through individual therapy sessions to establish and work towards treatment goals customized to their unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapeutic techniques to foster resilience and coping strategies in clients.
• Develop, implement, and continuously review personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with therapeutic objectives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, treatment centers, and community resources, ensuring integrated and comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Attend regular team meetings to share insights, enhance collaborative practices, and contribute to a supportive team culture.
• Actively participate in initiatives to enrich workplace culture, embracing diversity and inclusion in all forms.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, which may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your work will significantly impact their ability to navigate life's complexities, promoting recovery and psychological well-being through tailored therapeutic practices.

• A fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) with a valid and active license.
• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling or relevant therapeutic internships.
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources enabling holistic care for clients.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Leadership qualities that inspire trust and foster a culture of collaboration among staff.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technologies to facilitate remote sessions.
