Basic FunctionThis is a remote work from home position (Part time)The Virtual Service Business Development Center (vBDC) Agent serves as a liaison between automotive dealerships and their customers. The vBDC Agent will answer incoming calls from the dealerships service center and schedule in their scheduling tools to ensure most efficient measures are used. The vBDC Agent will assist in multiple areas as needed to guarantee we are an extension of the dealership and giving their customers exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesThe following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of the job.
