Job description

Marketing Coordinator, Aviation Marketing (100% Remote, Part-Time)

You like doing the marketing work, not just planning it. You want to see your campaigns run, watch the numbers move, and fix what isn't working. If you get excited watching a campaign hit the right metrics and deliver results, keep reading.

About OneTeam

OneTeam Aviation Marketing is a marketing agency built entirely for aviation. Our clients are aircraft brokers and dealers, FBOs, management companies, industry associations, and advanced air mobility companies. We work as their embedded marketing department working alongside the founders and sales teams in private aviation. Because of our focus, we're fully remote and growing.

The straight talk first

Aviation is a long game. Sales cycles run months (and years), and the marketing and brand communication needs to stay consistent and clear. If you need a campaign to prove itself in three weeks, you'll be frustrated here.

This is a part-time seat, 20 to 30 hours a week, and it doesn't come with health benefits. We'd rather say that upfront. If you need full-time hours and full-time benefits, this role isn't the one.

You'll also work across several clients at once, not one brand. That means context switching is part of the job, so we can deliver what our clients need.

What you'd own
  • Building and running campaigns across email, paid, social, and content for a set of aviation clients
  • Writing and producing the assets campaigns need, or briefing the specialist who will create the content.
  • Pulling the numbers monthly, understanding them, and giving us direction on what you'd change
  • Keeping every client's brand and message consistent everywhere it shows up
  • Bringing ideas to your Account Lead to improve or optimize campaigns every 90 days
  • Your Primary tools: Asana, Planable, Google Drive, Slack, Claude, Zoom, Airtable.
What this job is NOT

Not a marketing strategist. The marketing strategy gets set with you in the room, but somebody else owns it. Your job is making it real. And speaking up when tactics drift.

Not a designer or a developer. You'll brief specialists and oversee that the right person gets the details they need.

Not a solo seat. You'll have a specialist bench behind you and people to ask for help. We need you to be ready to ask for help and willing to help where you can.

Who does well here

You finish things. You don’t like to see a plan that stalls for weeks, or deadlines that slip. You get excited checking the plan and completing the tasks, doublechecking the campaign, and testing the emails.

You're curious about aviation without needing a background in it. None of us started in this industry. We are marketers first, and always learning how to best support the aviation industry with the knowledge we bring to the table.

You're comfortable with numbers, creating reports, and sorting spreadsheets. You can dig into Google Analytics, find what happened, and explain it to the team so we can improve together.

You feel good when you've made someone else's week easier. Half this job is getting a specialist what they need before they have to ask.

You ask for help and track the details. Our whole remote team runs on people asking questions and getting the help they need in Slack, so the work gets done well.

The good stuff

Fully remote, and it has been for years. Client calls are scheduled for Eastern business hours. We hold a working session after client calls to collaborate and decide next steps. There's a weekly account review and office hours twice a week, so we connect and decide together.

Four times a year we stop and rethink how to help each account improve. Improving our results is how we win for our clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience executing marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable)
  • Ability to manage multiple client brands and tasks simultaneously in a remote environment
  • Excellent written communication skills and a proactive approach to team collaboration
  • Curiosity about aviation and a willingness to learn the industry (no prior aviation experience required)

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with flexible work hours
  • Remote work (during Eastern Business Hours)
  • Professional development opportunities and training
