Job Title: Part-Time Recruiter – Workforce Pipeline & Hiring Quality

Location: Richardson, TX (In Office)
Employment Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours per week)
Department: Operations


Position Summary

USA Renovations is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for field and operations roles. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating hires to ensure positions are filled quickly with high-quality candidates.

This is not a passive or administrative role. The Recruiter will proactively build talent pipelines and ensure the business is prepared to meet staffing needs without delays.


Core Purpose

Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates so the company can scale operations without hiring delays or poor-quality hires.


Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach

  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for field and operational roles

  • Maintain ongoing pipeline even when no immediate openings exist

2. Screening & Candidate Qualification

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess experience, reliability, and role fit

  • Evaluate candidates against role requirements and company standards

  • Present only qualified candidates to hiring managers

3. Hiring Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback loops

  • Maintain an organized hiring process from first contact through offer

4. Workforce Planning Support

  • Collaborate with leadership to anticipate hiring needs

  • Track trends in hiring demand and candidate availability

  • Maintain readiness for upcoming projects and staffing requirements


Required Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (construction, trades, or field labor preferred)

  • Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, referrals, or direct outreach

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Ability to screen candidates effectively and assess role fit
