Recruiting Coordinator - Part-Time (20 Hours/Week)

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals in Forest Lake, MN is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to work part-time (20 hours/week) in our Forest Lake, MN office. This role is all about communication, customer service, and coordinating as you connect with job seekers and incoming applicants regarding interview opportunities with our internal team. With multiple messaging platforms and communication methods, this role requires strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and respond to incoming applications through a variety of software and websites
  • Coordinate interviews with applicants
  • Document all communication in company software
  • Complete outbound recruiting calls, texts, and electronic messages to job seekers

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to manage a changing calendar
  • Ability to type and carry a conversation simultaneously
  • Ability to stay organized with incoming information on multiple platforms
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Outlook
