  • Report directly to the Manager.
  • Dealing with clients in person and on the phone.
  • Setting customer appointments.
  • Inputting customer reservations into the computer.
  • checking and responding to emails.
  • Checking in dogs for boarding, daycare, & grooming.
  • Filing.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must have a love for animals and able to greet clients.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills
  • This is a team effort to build customer relations.
  • Kennel experience a plus!
